1. Services
OS Lettings provides property management and letting services in South East London. Specific services are outlined in individual management agreements.
2. Fees
Our standard management fee is 9% per annum, with no setup fees. All fees are clearly stated in your management agreement before signing.
3. Liability
While we take every care in managing your property, our liability is limited to the fees paid during the relevant period. We carry professional indemnity insurance.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
